RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size received

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Product not as described

Product Condition

All returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product change within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Return Method & Fees

  • Return method: By courier/mail

  • Return label: Provided via email upon approval

  • Restocking fee: No fee

  • Processing time: 5 business days after receiving the returned item               

     

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:

    • Refund to the original payment method (if applicable), or

    • Store credit / exchange for Cash on Delivery orders

    Refunds are issued only after the product is approved by our quality control team.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free.

    • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

    Items Not Eligible for Return

    • Items on sale/clearance

    • Used or washed products

    • Products without original packaging or tags

    • Hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)
