We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
Wrong size received
Wrong item received
Defective or damaged product
Product not as described
All returned items must be:
Unused
Unwashed
In original packaging
With all tags attached
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product change within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Return method: By courier/mail
Return label: Provided via email upon approval
Restocking fee: No fee
Processing time: 5 business days after receiving the returned item
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue:
Refund to the original payment method (if applicable), or
Store credit / exchange for Cash on Delivery orders
Refunds are issued only after the product is approved by our quality control team.
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
